Website to test speed of Internet?

I have DSL and a modem for my apartment complex. It seems to be very laggy and choppy while playing xbox360 online. My brothers is fine and he has the same DSL and xbox360 game in the same apartment complex 2 buildings down. Tech guy is coming and how do I show him its laggy? Is there a website to test speed?
