How do do i run a broadband speed test on a particular port?

i don't want to know the download/upload speed of say IE. I won't to know the throughput for a particular port. Thank you i have tried those sites, but unless i am mistaken neither allow you to test the speed of a particular part, rather than for instance TCP 8080 or port 80.
