Internet Cable Speed

Is anyone out there with Comcast cable,telephone,high speed internet?

I had Comcast telephone,high speed internet and cable installed.I am also wireless.I have a Arris modem from comcast and a wireless router from dell.How do I hook up the wireless router?Help!My main computer is wireless and so is the laptop.
