Internet Cable Speed

DSL VS Comcast Cable? I currently have the 6mbps Comcast package but when I do a speed test i get 20mbps?

Why is that? Oh and I'm switching over to Oplink DSL 6.0 MBPS. Is 6.0 mbps DSL good? What about for online gaming on the PS3 via PSN? I'm switching even though I get good speeds due to Comcast having outages in my area just about everyday, horrible customer service and its about $50 when I can get 6.0 mbps DSL from my local provider for about $35

1. Yeah, that is really good and I am so jealous! lol My connection speed is only 1.5Mpbs, and in downloading files I only get around 140-165Kbps. I would love the new fiber optics speeds but we live in a more rural area and only the city is getting fiber optics through Qwest right now. The other providers in my metropolitan area do not yet have Fiber Optics. Why are you switching providers if you are getting such good speeds? Anyway, it is good, so have fun with it and have a nice day.
