Cheapest way to get cable and high speed internet?

Right now we have barley above basic cable with a digital dvr hd box and cable internet. We pay a little under $200 a month and that is out of control! Is the dish cheaper? Dsl? Help!

1. Cheapest way is with a neighbor that forgot to set a password on their wireless router
2. Call your cable provider. There is NO excuse for the price you are paying. I can't go a week without receiving an offer for Cable, phone, AND internet for HALF what you are paying.
